The exact words are fingerprinted before anybody signs, and the finished PDF is fingerprinted when it completes. Every step is stamped: sent, opened, signed, declined, reminded.
Anybody can check it, without asking you
Every finished document gets a certificate at its own web address. Send that link to a bank, a broker or a court and they can see who signed, when, and that the file in front of them is the file that was signed.
Several signers, in the order you choose
Everyone at once, or one after another so the second person only sees it when the first is done. People who must sign, people who must approve, and people who only get a copy at the end.
It chases people so you do not have to
See who has opened it and who has not. One press sends a reminder, and it will not let you nag the same person twice in twelve hours. Links can expire. Void a document and nobody can sign it after that.
Kept properly, not just kept
Signature images are encrypted where they sit. You choose whether the finished PDF is emailed as an attachment or as a secure link, so a signed contract does not have to live in somebody's inbox for ever.
